We were thrilled to receive another invitation to join Big Bird, Elmo and the rest of the Sesame Street crew at this year’s A Very Furry Christmas at Sesame Place! They’re all decked out and ready to celebrate the holiday season in style. There are lots of things to see and do from their parades and shows to special meet and greet events. And what’s Christmas without seeing the jolly man himself? Visit Santa Claus at his workshop in the North Pole!

The park hours are as listed below:

We had such a great time at The Count’s Halloween Spooktacular that we couldn’t pass up the chance to join in on the fun at A Very Furry Christmas at Sesame Place! The Sesame Place gang welcomed us with a special Hot Chocolate happy hour party.

Someone really enjoyed the carousel! #furrychristmas @sesameplaceI had to sneak in the cute shot of my son loving the carousel!

And our favorite part was when the entire place lite up at night.

The biggest Christmas tree my daughter has ever seen! #furrychristmas @sesamestreetUntitled UntitledUntitled Untitled

One of my favorite trends this season has to be color blocking.  Whether you’re just dipping your toe in it and going with more subtle colors or going all out with bright and bold hues, it’s a simple look to put together.

It’s not always easy to find a pair of colored denim in maternity wear, so if you have a great pair of non-maternity colored jeans and want to use one of the tricks to expand your maternity wardrobe, that’s one way to go.  If not, they are out there, it’s just a matter of looking and possibly spending some $$.  Here are some color blocking options for the expecting mom-to-be:
