My latest fashion obsession has been Emilie M handbags and can you blame me? The bags are gorgeous and the price is right in my range. There are a few that I have my eye on and have been dropping hints for getting any of these would make my Mother’s Day wish come true.

If I had to choose just one bag and one bag only, I wouldn’t hesitate – the Blair Large Satchelis my all time favorite. It looks great in the cognac brown and the emerald-green, but I’m partial to the spice orange myself. It just screams Spring! And who isn’t ready for a little warmth and sunshine right about now?

If my message gets through to my darling husband and I happen to get my Blair Large Satchel for Mother’s Day, I already have the perfect outfit in mind.

Some of you already know my obsession with riding boots. If not, you can check out my Monday Mingle post from a few weeks back highlighting some of the boots I’ve been drooling over. So, it should come as no big surprise that one of my favorite Spring to Fall transition items are my trusty riding boots!

Think about it, they go great with knee-length dresses, skirts, skinny jeans, colored jeans, tights… The options are endless really! So it’s a no brainer that one key item in my Fall wardrobe are boots. I recently scored a great deal at Kohls when I purchased a pair of Candies midcalf boots in black. Since we got some chilly weather this week, I was able to break them out and wear them with just about everything. I went to a re-launch party and paired them with some colored skinnies and even wore them to work and paired them with a cute pencil skirt.

While on Pinterest, I came across this great post on how to neatly tuck non-skinny jeans into your boots without getting that muffin-top look. I found it very helpful and thought I’d share it with all of you.
